A weekend residential conference - ‘good people and good architecture - all together’ - the fifth

+ Marina Tabassum, Bangladesh (in person), winner of an Aga Khan Award and recipient of 2021 Soane Medal from the Sir John Soane Museum in London.   

+ 'World Premier' of a 30-40 minute documentary on Glenn Murcutt's latest small project, a Sound Chapel, at Cobar out west New South Wales. The documentary is being made by Catherine Hunter and Bruce Inglis who were responsible for the ABC documentary 'Spirit of Place' on Glenn's Melbourne Mosque.

+ 'World Premier', outside New Zealand, of the address in person by 2021 New Zealand Institute of Architects Gold Medallist, Dave Strachan, who was a participant on the 2002 Glenn Murcutt Master Class. He has excelled as a designer and maker and teacher.

+ 'Homily to Country', a film short of an event held in February 2021 at dried out Lake Cawndilla near Menindee, created by French artist JR and curated by Ewan McEoin, for the NGV, Melbourne, and featuring Aboriginal Elder and artist Badger Bates and the campaign 'Save our Darling Barka'.

+ Kim Bridgland and Aaron Roberts of Edition Office, on their recent projects including the winning entry 'In Absence', in collaboration with Aboriginal artist Yhonnie Scarce, for the 2019 NGV installation, and the winning entry for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander War Memorial 'For Our Country', in collaboration with Kudjla and Gangalu artist Daniel Boyd, which received the 2020 AIA Canberra Medallion.

+ Laura Harding (Hill Thalis), Sarah Rees (JCB Architects), others to be announced 

+ Piers Taylor, on film or video link from England, award winning architect and TV personality, participant on the first Glenn Murcutt Master Class in 2001.
