Murcutt Exhibition Taipei 19 March - 12 June 2011

Glenn Murcutt : Architecture for Place | Thinking Drawing Working Drawing

The Glenn Murcutt Exhibition, which first showed at the Gallery Ma in Tokyo in 2008, and has toured five Australian galleries, shows at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Taiwan, 19 March - 12 June 2011. The exhibition includes blow-ups of drawings by Glenn Murcutt, photographs of many of his projects, sectional models, a 12 minute documentary short, a new suite of digital reconstructions and fly-throughs of Murcutt houses prepared by the University of Newcastle Australia and interactive powerpoints of several projects. The exhibition is also scheduled to show at the Architekturzentrum in Vienna November 2011 - February 2012 and then at MOA in Ljubljana, CIVA in Brussels and the Museum of Architecture Helsinki Finland.
