Lindsay Johnston Mountain Lodges

Convener and principal organiser of the Glenn Murcutt Master Class, and other Architecture Foundation Australia educational programs, Lindsay Johnston, former Head of the Architecture School and Dean of Faculty at the University of Newcastle Australia, presented an open lecture at the University on 4 April 2012 'The Long and Winding Road' in which he reflected upon his 50 years in architecture. As well as being an academic and educator, he has carried on design practice - one of his favourite projects the Four Horizons Tourist Lodges located in a Mountain National Park north of Sydney received the Australian Institute of Architects New South Wales Premier's Award in 2000. www.ozetecture.org
